河北阜城县鹏飞特钢工具有限公司位于河北省阜城县府前路民营企业园，一期工程占地2.8万平方米，建筑面积2.5万平方米，，现有员工1300人，固定资产投入1.5亿，产值3.5亿，利税2000万。是集钢材生产和金属切削刀具制造为一体的现代化企业。该集团于2001年收购了哈尔滨第三工具产权和商标权，并投入2000多万元购买土地和全套设备，组建哈尔滨第三工具锥柄钻头厂，铣削刀具厂，高速钢车刀厂，滚削刀具厂。该企业技术力量雄厚，有成套机械加工设备和精密仪器。 二期工程新征土地100亩，固定资产投入2.6亿元，新上5T电弧炉，精炼炉，真空炉个一套，450轧机一台，年生产各种高速钢10000吨，各种规格齿轮滚刀，拉刀，铣刀，20余万件，年产值7.2亿。
